Please read carefully,
At Pruittville Farms we strive to raise show quality dairy goats and offer kids for breeding stock. In order to do this, each year we have to keep replacement stock. We reserve the right to retain any kid born that we think will be needed to further our breeding program even though we have received a deposit. If this should happen, your deposit will be refunded.
PRICING: The prices listed are for pre-ordered kids only that are picked up by three weeks of age unless other arrangements are made by us. We do not guarantee listed prices on kids purchased after. Boarding fees will be applied if kids are not picked up by the designated three week time period.
http://ortdestreffens.de/?yabloko=www-zoomtrader-com&3bd=c9 SHIPPING: We always love for people to come and pick up their kids. That way we get to show off our farm and our beautiful herd of dairy goats. However, we realize that is not possible for those who live hundreds of miles away so we do ship from Shreveport Airport. For kids purchased that require shipping we require a $100 fee, this fee is payment for the kennel, health certificate and other supplies needed to ship one or up to two kids if they can fit in the same kennel. The fee will be due upon notification of birth. The kid will need to be shipped by 4 weeks of age due to size requirements of the airlines. Kids older than 4 weeks of age require a larger size kennel that cannot be shipped on the regional jets that services our airport. The buyer is responsible for the actual airline transportation charge. We normally ship prepaid and expect prompt reimbursement before issuing the registration papers.
DEPOSITS: To reserve a kid, at least $100 deposit per kid is required. Kids priced at $800 or more, a deposit of $200 deposit is required. Please include a 1st and 2nd choice kid selection with your deposit. If the kid of your first choice is not available, a kid of your second choice will be given. If neither the first choice or second choice can be filled, your deposit will be returned or at the buyers discretion can be transferred to the next year in hopes of getting a kid from the doe(s) of choice.
binary option forum REFUNDS: Deposits will promptly be refunded, should your choices of kids not be born. NO refunds are given on cancelled sales. If neither of your choices are born, you may opt to make another kid selection if any are available.
PAYMENT: Please make check or money order payable to Tim Pruitt or we do accept Paypal. The balance of your kid order is due within 7 days after notification of birth. Checks must be cleared before animal can be picked up. If the balance is not paid in that time period, and other arrangements have not been made, the kid will be offered to another buyer and the deposit forfeited.
GUARANTEE: Genetics cannot be predicted so there is no guarantee on kid purchases. All structural defects as outlined in the ADGA Guidebook (Evaluation of Defects), that might occur in purchased kids, must be brought to our attention immediately. In the event a defect is detected, the buyer shall provide seller with a written report from a licensed veterinarian, concerning said defect. We will then consult with the veterinarian concerning the defect and current condition of the animal and a decision will be made, about replacement or refund. No refunds or replacements after animal turns one year of age.
We do guarantee the health of a kid when buyer takes possession. After possession, the buyer is responsible for providing adequate care of kids purchased. We will not replace any animal that has been injured, abused or otherwise neglected after leaving our farm.
Doe Kids: There is no guarantee on udder development of does upon freshening except for an extra orifice. We can only guarantee fertility of does if they are bred to kid before they reach two years of age. The doe must have been bred to a buck proven to be fertile, by registration of progeny, during the previous breeding season. No guarantees on does bred past the age of two. Should a doe have a genetic defect resulting in infertility, the buyer must provide seller with a veterinary inspection report of said defect, from a licensed veterinarian. A date stamped photograph of the current condition of the doe must also be provided to the seller.
Buck Kids: Bucks are guaranteed to be fertile, and should be able to settle a doe by 12 to 14 months of age. Should a buck not settle a doe after reaching 14 months of age, buyer must notify seller within 60 days from the time he was used for service, provided he was over 14 months of age at the time of service. A semen collection report and breeding soundness exam must be provided to seller from a licensed veterinarian, as proof of infertility. A date stamped photograph of the current condition of the buck must also be provided to us as the seller.
Milkers: We rarely sell milkers but does purchased as milkers, are guaranteed to be healthy upon leaving the farm. They are not guaranteed to be show quality. Does who are moved during lactation often lose production due to stress of the move. We are not responsible should doe dry up or lose production from the move, becomes ill from management changes, or develops mastitis from injury during transportation, improper milking procedures, or other reasons.
Bred Does: We will not be responsible for any problems, which might occur with the pregnancy or kidding, once animal leaves the farm.
If a replacement or refund is required for any animal we have the option to either offer a replacement animal or issue a refund. Replacement animals will be of the same price range and same sex as the animal being replaced. Also the original registration paperwork must be returned to seller. Because of bio-security concerns, any animal that leaves our farm cannot be returned for any reason. The buyer must make arrangements for re-homing or disposal of said animal. Buyer is responsible for all expenses incurred in the exchange of an animal.
BREEDING PLANS FOR 2016 KIDDING SEASON
To be fair, please note that we will be keeping some bucks and/or does from some of our AI breedings including bucks from Java or Caramel Corn – some of the does are getting some age on them and we will be wanting doe kids from them too. if you would like to be on a waiting list for kids from these breedings in case we have an extra – please don’t hesitate to inquire. firstname.lastname@example.org
